According to the United States Department of Commerce, Economics and Statistics Administration, building permits in June 2012 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 755,000, down 3.7% from the revised May rate but up 19.3% from June 2011. Housing starts in June 2012 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 760,000, up 6.9% from May’s revised estimate, and up 23.6% from June 2011. What is it that makes this data interesting? WE the people of these United States of America" are making progress, fiscally, from last year. WE have requested building permits and started construction on private residential structures, such as single-family homes and apartment buildings. WE need to finish these projects and occupy the homes with American citizens who can afford to live in their homes, raising families, while contributing to the American dream!
